Payments and delivery
ArchFor public purchasing remains closed until launch admission is enabled. Stripe and PayPal are the selected channels. When purchasing opens, credits are issued only after provider confirmation and server settlement; a payment-success page alone does not prove delivery. If charged without an account update, contact support with the order reference and payment time instead of paying again.
Monthly Starter / Pro / Practice cost USD 19 / 49 / 99 and issue 120 / 360 / 800 credits. Monthly credits expire at the original billing-period end without rollover. One-time packs cost USD 19 / 49 / 99 for 90 / 280 / 600 credits, valid for 365 days. No annual plan is sold at launch.
Cancellation
Successful cancellation stops future renewals after provider confirmation. The account may show canceled immediately, while already-issued, unexpired credits remain usable until their original expiry. Architectural generation continues against the valid balance. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current fee, alter original credit expiry, or erase all credits.
Voluntary manual full-refund applications
Within 7 days of payment, you may apply for a manually reviewed full refund if all credits issued by that order remain unused. Contact support@archfor.com with the order reference, payment channel, payment time and a concise explanation. In-site feedback is another contact route. Do not send card numbers, passwords, keys or full payment credentials.
Applications are reviewed against the order, provider and credit records; an application is not an automatic refund. We do not promise an unverified review or provider-processing deadline. If approved, the refund and related credit handling follow that order's settlement result. Refunded order credits cannot remain freely spendable while the refund is reported complete. Used credits do not meet this additional voluntary rule; verified duplicate charges, non-delivery, errors, disputes and applicable statutory remedies must still be considered separately.
Your statutory rights
The 7-day voluntary rule supplements applicable mandatory rights and does not replace statutory withdrawal, conformity or other consumer remedies. Whether digital-content or service exceptions apply depends on the applicable law, performance and any required valid prior consent; spending credits alone does not prove loss of those rights. See the EU consumer-rights guidance.
Generation failures and uncertain status
Check existing task and credit records first. Confirmed failures are handled under the task's credit-settlement rules; uncertain status needs investigation to avoid duplicate generation, charges or refunds. Polling an existing task does not resubmit generation. Expired image access alone is not proof of payment non-delivery; download available results promptly and report specific failures to support.
